How is pricing determined for full service and concept & vision?
Full Service Design is custom quoted based on the number and complexity of spaces. Kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms with significant cabinetry or tile work are more involved and reflect that in the project fee. After an initial discovery call, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope and investment before any commitment is made. Concept & Vision is priced per room, starting at $900 for a single space, with tiered pricing for multiple rooms.what does the full service process look like start to finish?
We begin with a discovery call to understand your project, goals and budget. From there, a custom proposal is prepared. Once aligned, the process moves through concept development, concept boards and 3D Rendering presentations, material and finish selections, furniture sourcing, contractor coordination, and concludes with a final styling of the completed space. what is your policy on project changes and scope creep?
Every proposal includes a clearly defined scope of work. Changes requested outside of that scope are handled through a scope amendment and additional fee. This protects both of us and ensures the project stays on track.
