Pricing & Process
How is pricing determined?
All in person services begin with an in-person, paid consultation. After your consultation, you'll receive a custom quote with your exact scope of work explained.what does a full service process look like start to finish?
We begin with a design consultation to understand your project, goals and budget. From there, a custom proposal is prepared. Once aligned, the process moves through concept development, concept boards and 3D Rendering presentations, material and finish selections, furniture sourcing, contractor coordination, and concludes with a final styling of the completed space. what is your policy on project changes and scope creep?
Every proposal includes a clearly defined scope of work. Changes requested outside of that scope are handled through a scope amendment and additional fee. This protects both of us and ensures the project stays on track. 03 ||
Working Together
do you work with contractors, or do i need to find my own?
Full Service Design includes contractor coordination. I work alongside your contractor to ensure the build aligns with the design intent throughout the process. If you don't have a contractor, I can provide referrals to trusted GC's in the Northern Colorado area.Still Have Questions?
